Ok, so it’s been a year. And in that year, boy howdy, things sure have changed. But I’m back. Maybe not daily, but I am back. Let’s start off slowly by talking politics. Is there such a thing as starting off slowly with politics? Since I’ve last blogged, a black man and a woman were the two frontrunners for the Democratic Presidential nominees. Now, Barack Obama is the nominee apparent. Wow. For once, I won’t be voting for a white man.

In just a few minutes, Michelle Obama is going to be speaking. I’m all aquiver with excitement. There was so much news/gossip/rumors/controversy around her, every word will be dissected and we’ll review after the dust has settled.
